My 100th Post

Finally hitting my 100th post! Took me few good years to reach this post man.

Just done with my CNY break and now getting back to my internship (and awaits the next Public Holiday on the calendar, how saddening).

Anyway, I am glad I had the opportunity to ask the question that I haven been building up my courage for weeks to ask. I swear I was stammering while I asked it. The response was kinda expected, an ambiguous one. I can't get my hopes too high yet, can I? Not giving up yet definitely and will go update my CV and hopes for the best now!

Oh, and did I mention that my one of the coolest features that my office's portal has is that they have various motivational quotes on it. And this is my new found favourite quote :

Hello, 2012

As much as I would love to remain in 2011, (Back to December by Taylor Swift playing in the head) the new year is here and it's been a week since my internship started. I'm assigned to a new team now, very different supervisor and different ways of doing things, am still trying to fit in. Hope things will be better from now on.

So I have finally decided that CFA is perhaps not for me. I heard that it is even harder than ACCA. I probably should just settle down with my internship for the time being. Education, for now, sadly, comes later :/

The 1st week of 2012 have been quite enjoyable for me. I am looking forward to a greater 51 weeks ahead. 2012, please be nice to me :)
